Our website and service providers may also receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and basic access logs.

- To respond to enquiries and recommend an appropriate report scope.
- To process orders and confirm payment status.
- To research suppliers and prepare the report you requested.

3. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem or another payment provider identified at checkout. SourceLens does not receive or store your full payment-card number. The payment provider processes your billing and transaction information under its own privacy policy.
4. Supplier and order materials
Information you send about a supplier, order, product, or quotation is used to perform the requested research. Please do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents, full card details, or other information that is not needed for the report.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share the minimum information necessary with providers that help us operate the service, including payment processing, email, messaging, document delivery, website hosting, and cloud storage providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
